While Payrollify ensures compliance with applicable tax regulations, clients are ultimately responsible for providing timely and accurate reporting information.

Termination:
Clients may cancel services with 30 days’ notice. Payrollify reserves the right to terminate service for nonpayment or misuse.

Limitation of Liability:
Payrollify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
