Terms of service.

By using the payroll and payroll tax services provided by Payrollify, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. Our services are designed to support businesses in managing accurate and timely payroll processing, calculating and filing payroll taxes, preparing year-end W-2 forms, reporting new hires in compliance with state regulations, and managing deductions such as benefits and garnishments. We work closely with clients to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax requirements, and to help minimize risk associated with payroll errors or missed deadlines. In order to provide effective service, clients are required to supply complete, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding employees, compensation, hours worked, benefits, and any other payroll-related data. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any changes in employee status, wage adjustments, or applicable deductions within a reasonable timeframe to avoid processing delays or compliance issues.

Clients agree to review all payroll reports and documentation we provide to verify their accuracy. While we strive for precision and offer support throughout the payroll process, the final responsibility for reviewing and approving payroll, tax filings, and reports rests with the client. Service fees are billed according to the terms laid out in your agreement or invoice schedule, and prompt payment is required to maintain uninterrupted service. Late or missed payments may result in penalties, late fees, or suspension of services until the account is brought current. All client information is kept strictly confidential and is only used for the purpose of delivering payroll services, unless disclosure is required by law.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, clients remain responsible for any outstanding fees and for facilitating a proper transition of payroll responsibilities. We do not accept liability for any penalties, interest, or damages incurred as a result of incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client. Furthermore, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month prior to any claim. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, with updates communicated to clients before taking effect.
